Leggsy Von Hellsmoke found her way onto the burlesque scene as part of Babes in Sin Burlesque Texas in the spring of 2006. 

As part of Babes in Sin, she has had the pleasure of performing with The Blue Angel, Z’aara R’annaa, Bon Bon Vivant and Cardinal Cyn, among others. She has danced onstage with Big Sandy and Los Straightjackets at the House of Rock in Corpus Christi, performed at Red 7 in Austin for Sinsations, and was part of Austin’s 1st annual Texas Burlesque Festival in October 2008.

While most women might like to be thought of as a long drink of water, Leggsy prefers to be thought as your favorite cocktail, sweet at first, with a strong kick at the end.

A long time admirer of old Hollywood glamour, she prefers to stick with the more traditional style of burlesque, but isn’t afraid to push her limits and try new things.

“Anatomy of A Murder” pays homage to the femme fatale screen sirens of the Film Noir era of Hollywood. A bad girl will always make for a good time, but, as Leggsy points out, sometimes looks can be dangerously deceiving.
